Thanks to continuous studies in vacuum preservation and sous-vide cooking and investments in the best technologies, Orved renews the CUISSON line by providing it with specific programs for vacuum preservation and sous-vide cooking.

ORVED FLIES INTO SPACE!

The special collaboration between Orved and the Argotec company has enabled Orved to create ARGOVAC, the first vacuum packer designed to vacuum pack food destined for astronauts of the space mission 'FUTURA MISSION', in which the Italian astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti also participates.

THE NEW EVOX LINE IS BORN

Made with an innovative, ultra-resistant material which has never been used in the history of vacuum machines. The extreme rapidity in packaging, the captivating design of Evox 30, in the limited edition versions, the red Evox F1 and the yellow Evox L1 identify this model, both at national and international level, as the most avant-garde in the vacuum sector.

THERMOSTATIC BATH

Thanks to the increasing success recognised not only at national level but also in the major international markets, Orved has increased its turnover. COLLABORATION WITH CHEFS

Thanks to the fruitful collaboration between Chefs specialists in vacuum technology and the engineers of the Orved R&D department, the Cuisson vacuum packing line was born, to perfectly package every product destined to be cooked 'sous-vide'. Cuisson SV-31 and Cuisson SV-41 are the two models which best represent, once again, Orved's innovative ability to produce unique vacuum machines, equipped with patented technical details, such as the exclusive vertical chamber, designed to facilitate packing of liquid products even in large quantities.

VGP LINE

Orved innovates the world of thermosealing with the creation of the VGP line. With the advent of the new millennium, Orved innovates the world of thermosealing with the creation of the VGP line. The thermosealer has been designed to perfectly pack and seal vacuum-packed products in a modified atmosphere. VGP is unique in its kind for its small size, the speed in the packaging of products in trays in a protective atmosphere, the introduction of inert gas up to 100% and its quiet operation, thanks to the absence of the patented air compressor.

THERMOSEALING FOR TRAYS

Orved has started the production of tray thermosealers. Profi 1 has immediately become the 'must-have' model of all delicatessens and is characterised by its small size, versatility and an exclusive, patented sledge system, to facilitate the packaging of products using up to two types of trays.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
1988

VM88 IS BORN

VM88 was born from the mind of Orved engineers and technicians. The first external extraction vacuum packaging machine equipped with an innovative retractable, patented probe, capable of vacuum packing products with the use of smooth bags. VM88 is the only one of its kind, because it innovates the vacuum packing system of food using, for the first time, smooth bags, instead of traditional channelled bags. This innovation was decisive for the meat sector, since it extended the shelf life of the meat, ensuring the success of their activity.

VM13 LAUNCH

This model will make the history of vacuum because it completely innovates the vacuum creation system which, compared to the classic and well-known 'chamber' system, immediately presents many advantages, such as: cost reduction, smaller dimensions of the machine, extreme versatility, faster vacuum execution. This innovation will remain a milestone in the future development of vacuum packing machines and will allow the company to enter the major national and international markets.
