THE INNOVATIVE DOUBLE CHAMBER
Cuisson vacuum chamber machines are equipped with an additional vertical chamber for easy packaging of liquid products. The vacuum bag can be easily positioned vertically without fear of the liquid to spill from the bag.
EXLUSIVE CHEF PROGRAMS
Orved has created 20 exclusive programs as well as 7 jar programs in cooperation with top class Chefs to ensure a perfect vacuum of any food, also liquid products without any supervision. Perfect vacuum is synonymous with long shelf life and preservation of flavours and product characteristics.
AUTOMATIC DATE STAMP
In addition to the vertical chamber, Cuisson vacuum chamber machine is equipped with an automatic date stamp to imprint the production/expiration date directly on the vacuum bag without any external printer, labels or ink. The system is installed directly on the top bar and it does not need any device tomodify the date, it can be easily done by any operator.
VACUUM CHAMBER CLEANING
Thanks to the "Power-Steel" technology, the vacuum chamber is hydroformed and with rounded corners, to have a perfect vacuum and quick and safe cleaning
