The Cook and Chill bags allow you to store food in a vacuum that, after cooking sous-vide, still warm, are subjected to a rapid process of refrigeration.
The Cook and Chill technique allows:
- The preparation of food in advance and with time and care
- The cooking sous-vide of the recipe that is being prepared
- Packaging of products in the same bag
- Rapid refrigeration

The vacuum bags guarantee a safe preservation of the food also thanks to the respect of European regulations.
- Reg. EC 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food;
- Reg. EC 1935/2004 - Framework Regulation for food contact materials;
- Reg. EC 2023/2006 - Regulation establishing GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) for the manufacture of materials intended to come into contact with food.
