Where are vacuum packed foods kept?

Dry biscuits, cereals, flours, seeds, spices and coffee. Foods that would easily lose their qualities or be spoiled by humidity remain unaltered if vacuum-packed.
Fresh fruit and vegetables, butter, meat, fish, fresh pasta and mushrooms. Prepare the foods when you have time and place them in the refrigerator, even already portioned, to use them when required.
Fresh pasta, pastry preparations and all types of meat are stored in the freezer. Meatballs, cutlets and game can be cooked without waiting for defrosting.
